Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 anchovy fillets, drained and finely chopped
  • ½ tbsp grated lemon zest
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • Back pepper, to taste

Directions

Beat all the ingredients together, then roll in wax paper and chill until required.
