Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
  • ½ tbsp grated lemon zest
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • Black pepper

Directions

Beat the ingredients together, then roll in wax paper and chill.
